In the center of this painting is the Medicine Buddha seed syllable ཧཱུྃ (Hum) , surrounded by the Medicine Buddha Mantra ༄༅། །ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་མ་ཧཱ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་རཱ་ཛ་ས་མུདྒ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (“Tayata Om, Bekandze Bekandze, Maha Bekandze, Radza Samudgate Soha”). A bowl filled with HARITAKI expressing auspicious wishes with clouds.
Everyone, regardless of their beliefs, nationality, skin color, gender, sexual orientation... all want health and happiness equally. Observing from the perspective of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, perhaps "differentiation" is a form of disease.
